Dantherm Air Handling, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices
All prices quoted are F.O.B. factory and do not include any sales, excise or use tax, either Federal or State. If at any time they become applicable, they will be added to the invoice and shown as a separate charge. Title and risk of loss to equipment pass to Purchaser upon delivery to carrier. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $100.00 is required.

Order Acceptance
No orders are accepted until credit approval is obtained and an Order Acknowledgement is issued. All orders are accepted under Dantherm Air Handling, Inc. Standard Terms & Conditions unless specifically agreed in writing by Dantherm Air Handling, Inc.

Shipping
All shipments are routed motor freight – COLLECT or unless otherwise specified by Purchaser and agreed by Dantherm Air Handling, Inc. Title and risk of loss to equipment pass to Purchaser upon delivery to carrier. Our products are packaged in heavy duty packaging material, and are usually skid mounted.
For Prepaid or Prepay & Add shipments, Dantherm liability covers the cost of replacement goods only. This liability is contingent on the Purchaser notifying the carrier and Dantherm Customer Service and marking this on the shipper’s bill of lading or delivery note, OR, in the event that damage is not notified at time of arrival, any liability will be subject to successful recovery from the freight company. These terms specifically exclude any liability for special, indirect, or consequential costs of damages relating to such events.

Terms
Thirty (30) days net to those Purchasers of known and acceptable financial standing. Otherwise, orders must be accompanied by cash or will be shipped C.O.D. or SD/BL. A service charge of 1½% per month, which is an effective annual percentage rate of 18%, will be charged for invoices not paid within thirty (30) days, but in no event will the monthly service charge exceed 1/12 of the annual percentage rate allowable under applicable state laws. In the event that Dantherm Air Handling, Inc. must retain the services of an attorney to collect invoices which are past due, Purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs associated with collection of the amount due.

Credit Card Orders
Credit Card orders are subject to a processing fee equivalent to 5% of the total order value.  Credt Card orders are processed for pre-approval on the date of the order with actual charges processed on the day of shipment.
