PINNACLE Heat Exchangers

Dantherm’s PINNACLE Heat Exchangers are specifically designed for the removal of heat from cabinets containing temperature-sensitive electrical, electronic, or telecommunications equipment. Closed-loop cooling maintains a clean, sealed internal environment to insure optimum performance and maximum life of the enclosed electronics, while protecting against the intrusion of airborne contaminants and humidity.

Dantherm offers both cross flow and counter flow based heat exchangers in order to exactly match customer requirements. 

The counter flow core is a unique plastic design (patent pending), ensuring benefits like reduced weight, low noise, and high performance.

The cross flow heat exchangers feature a unique aluminum plate type heat exchange core, packaged in a rugged epoxy painted metal housing, which is capable of dissipating up to 180W°C (100W/F).

The performance values are based on “air in” temperatures of both the enclosure and ambient, with an operating range of -40°F to +131°F (-40°C to +55°C).  Units are available in AC voltages of 115V and 230V in frequencies of 50 / 60Hz and in DC voltages of 48V.
